Pistons in The Park is a family motoring festival in Lincolnshire designed to celebrate all things automotive. Taking place on Saturday 12th August from 10am, the event will bring together traders, club stands, entertainment, food and drink and most importantly, a variety of automotive exhibitions both indoor and outdoor and within the main ring that will showcase the best examples of their kind.

Pistons in The Park is being held at the Lincolnshire Showground, which is just north of Lincoln on the A15. Attendees must access the site via Gate 4 (A1500 Till Bridge Lane). All exhibitors, traders, club stands etc. will be emailed directly about access. 

The event site opens at 10am and closes at 6.30pm. There will be plenty to see so we advise getting there nice and early!

A limited amount of tickets will be available on the day, on the gate. The price of these tickets will be more expensive than online, so we recommend that you book online in advance to get the best rate. All tickets must be purchased with CASH ONLY, as unfortunately we will not have a card machine on-site. Please note the venue does not have ATMs so you will need to bring cash with you!

A general attendance ticket entitles you to entry to all exhibitions at the festival site all day from 10am – 6.30pm. A VIP ticket entitles you to all this, plus access to the VIP suite with complimentary lunch, VIP seating and complimentary drinks from the VIP bar.

There will be absolutely loads to see at the show, so we recommend getting there early and staying for the day!

When you get to the Lincolnshire Showground attendees will need to access the public car park via Gate 4 (A1500 Till Bridge Lane). All exhibitors, traders, club stands etc. will be emailed directly about access. 

Yes we charge £5 for each vehicle and there is no charge for motorcycles or disabled parking. You can either pay this on the day or to avoid queuing we would recommend booking this in advance online here – http://pistonsinthepark.co.uk/tickets/

A large range of food and drink outlets will be available on site, you are also welcome to bring your own picnic if you wish. No BBQs or glass though please!

All kinds and sizes of club stand are acceptable, we just ask that the quality and presentation of the vehicles on the stand are to a good standard.

Pistons in The Park is a family event so children are absolutely welcome. Under 14s will be given discounted entry whilst under 5’s go free. We also sell a family package of tickets. More information on this can be found on the website here – http://pistonsinthepark.co.uk/tickets/

Well behaved dogs are welcome in outdoor areas only and they must be kept on leads at all times. All owners are required to clean up after their dogs.

Please ensure that dogs are not left in cars at any time. Free water for dogs will be available for public use from the taps at the side of the venue’s toilet blocks. These blocks are indicated on the event site map.

Motorbikes and disabled parking bays will be allocated designated areas. Car parking stewards will be there to point you in the right direction on arrival.

Unfortunately for this year’s Pistons in The Park we won’t be offering camping on-site, however it is something that we are looking in to for future years. Any vehicle dropping off guests will need to drop off at the normal public entrance which is Gate 4 (A1500 Till Bridge Lane). 

Sure, you can bring your own food and drink or even a picnic! We do ask that no BBQs or glass bottles are brought on to the event site though please.

There will be no ATM’s on site so if you require cash please remember to bring this with you!

Any person found to be acting disrespectfully, as a result of alcohol or not, will be asked to leave the event for the benefit and safety of others.

We have a zero tolerance policy to drugs and will be conducting random bag searches at the entrance.
